CRM-module for daily use

For Codipack, Arcabase has developed a CRM application that is used to track valuable sales information. The system registers all the steps that are included in a sales trajectory: from the initial price request of a prospect to the sales and after sales service. The software has a lot of reporting tools that are uses by the management to make the right business descicions. A newsletter module makes it possible to send out personalized newsletters via e-mail.

Company database

At the heart of the application we have a company database with an extended search possibility. All contacts are managed from one SQL Server database that is accessible from all over the world and in real time.

Role-management

Users of the application are managed through a role-based system. Depending on their roles, users can see or edit information.

Sales trajectory

On Codipack's public website there are many different forms that the visitor can complete, e.g. to request information. The content management system allows the webmaster to add new forms. All the completed forms automatically end up in the CRM module (SQL Server Database) so there is no need to retype all the information.

The sales representatives can validate the incoming requests and make a connection with an existing CRM contact or add a new contact if necessary. Further information can be added and an agenda gives an overview of who to contact when and for what purpose. The complete history of the sales trajectory can be tracked.

Newsletters

From an news articles database, a newsletter can be composed and sent out to the desired target group. Respons to the newsletter can be tracked in detail.
